NEW YORK (OCN) — After our “Verizon Employee Strike to Affect Service” report, we saw the following message from a customer.
Hi, I bought the fios triple play yesterday (August 13th), and I got the message saying due to the strike, were unable to schedule an installation date at this time…
A Verizon representative will contact you as soon as a date becomes available.
Now my question is, will they email me or call me to schedule the appointment?
Sadly, they did not see out report in time. So when can customers expect service? Our estimate is seven (7) days plus the length of the strike. The strike is expected to last until Tuesday, August 23, 2001 so the employees can avoid loosing any benefits that they have.
