NEW YORK (OCN) — LucasArts game Fracture™ will not be available until October 2008 for the Xbox 360™ and PLAYSTATION®3 but things are already heating up.
The game takes place in the year 2161 where a series of ecological and seismological disasters have radically altered the planet’s landscape, and a classic ideological clash between the genetically altered Pacificans and the cybernetically enhanced Atlantic Alliance has brought the world to the brink of war.
Players will find themselves right in the middle of the genetic vs. cybernetic conflict as Jet Brody, a highly trained weapons expert fighting for the Alliance.
While Michael West, 17 and younger brother Kevin, 15 were discussing which console platform Fracture will be better on, the two brothers got into a heated argument and were rolling on the ground. While Kevin was pinned to the ground by Michael, Kevin flipped Michael over himself causing Michael to land on his back and hitting the rear of his head.
Michael was rushed to a nearby hospital where doctors say he is in a stable condition and will remain in the hospital a few days for observation. The boys mother, Cindy West, says that she may restrict them from obtaining the game as punishment.
