NEW YORK (OCN) — Imagine our surprise earlier this week when were told that ReginaUsvjat.com was registered again and then saw that Regina Usvjat’s photo on TP&W’s website had gone color. It seems TP&W (Thacher Proffitt & Wood) is changing their photos from Black and White to color (in our humble opinion) to give the site a “warmer” feeling to clients.
I’m sure those who have been browsing Google Search and Images night and day since November 2007 for new photos will appreciate it. So, has any unflattering photos showed its ugly face as yet?
Thanks to an anonymous email tip sent to us from a reader in Plano, Texas, we finally spotted one in February 2008. It’s the uncropped version that the NY Post had for its “PINUP’S NAKED JUSTICE” article.
The NY Post (which appears to be using Adwords) was nice enough to show only a head shot but a post from Mister Poll has one that shows it all. We’ll see how long it continues to stay and if Playboy magazine will try to have Tinypic.com (a Photobucket Video & Photo Sharing Company) take it down as it appears to be from their December ’99 issue.
So far, only one image (posted 2008-01-13 08:17:06) has left Mister Poll’s page and that was the old black & white photo from Usvjat’s TP&W page. Most likely, when the image was changed from black & white to color, the file name was renamed as well causing all past links to be broken.
