NEW YORK (OCN) — Are you choosing whether to visit New York in February or April? Well, March is better in our humble opinion to visit New York.
Why? February has Valentine’s Day and most New York restaurants will be booked up solid from people celebrating Valentine’s Day and their anniversary in that month. If you plan to see snow or don’t mind the cold temperatures of February, then it’s fine to visit in February.
April, it gets warmer so airfare will start to shoot up (you will see this when reserving flights online) plus it will also be Easter and Passover as well so families will be coming here to celebrate so you will unfortunately find airline flights will be booked up very quickly.
March, airfare tends to be more reasonable between the month of January and the month May so keep that as an option as well. Not sure? Well, you could even do late visit in March into early April stay or Late February into early March if your schedule permits.
If is has to be either February or April for your visit, try for April so you can walk around New York City as the weather and outdoor activities are much better then.
If flying to and from New York, you should know that booking tickets five (5) or six (6) weeks to departure can make it inexpensive.
