How do you get from LaGuardia Airport to Waterside Plaza? Well, there are quite a few options starting with either the Central Terminal/Terminal B at the airport. Before you head there, be sure that you have some ear plugs if you are a light sleeper as past guest mentions that the walls are thin. Keep that in mind as you and your guest can be heard as well.
Taxi:
Do you have deep pockets, is coming with a toddler or your job will refund your expenses? Well, a taxi cab for the trip may be suitable for you all the way. Please note that fares will cost US$30.00 and up for up to 5 passengers. Be sure to have cash on hand in case the credit card network is down.
Buses:
To save you from a three (3) hour walk and huge taxi fares, the M60 bus with a connection to M15 bus is available and would take approximately ninety (90) minutes for the total trip if you do not experience any delays.
After walking to the Main Terminal B, take the West Side Broadway M60 bus to East 125 Street and Second Avenue. The trip will last twenty (20) to thirty (30) minutes.
Exit at East 125 Street and Second Avenue so that you may transfer to the South Ferry M15 bus. The M15 bus will take about forty (40) to forty-five (45) minutes to reach Second Avenue.
You will now need to:
1. Head southwest on 2nd Ave toward E 27th St (1/10 mile)
2. Turn left at East 25th Street (3/10 mile)
3. Slight left then turn left. Waterside Plaza will be on the right side.
Don’t feel like walking? Now you can hail a cab for the short distance. With luggage in your hands, they will assume you are heading to the airport and stop for you to make an easy US$30.00 fare plus tips.
