Have you always wanted a new vehicle but would not make enough money selling your old one?
You will be happy to know that you can receive cash for clunkers in New York as a bill was passed in the House late on Tuesday, June 9, 2009.
With the bill passed, the federal government will pay to you up to US$4,500 to buy a new vehicle with better fuel economy if your current car or light-duty truck gets less than eighteen (18) miles a gallon.
The program is expected to end in eleven (11) weeks on Tuesday, August 25, 2009 so act fast. For more information on the Cash Allowance Rebate System (C.A.R.S), please visit CARS.gov
