You will need to try and to obtain evidence which can include, but is not limited to: testimony, photographs, repair bills, police reports, Department of Motor Vehicles or insurance company reports and towing bills.
You can visit one of the Finance Business Centers listed to get a hearing in person and receive a hearing within an hour of your arrival or you can try to have your hearings by mail.
Please be certain to keep copies of everything that you send to the Department of Finance for your own records.
