Bronx Zoo
Bring out the “wild side” of yourself and your date date by going to The Bronx Zoo. Brooklyn Bridge
The Brooklyn Bridge, with a broad and high walkway in the center, is one of the oldest suspension bridge in the United States and at a length of almost 6,000 feet makes for a nice long romantic stroll between Manhattan and Brooklyn over the East River.
Brooklyn Heights Promenade
Brooklyn Heights Promenade is the perfect place for couples to watch sunset and take a stroll along the 1/3-mile long walkway for more views of the Manhattan skyline. Have your video camera handy to capture the sunset to watch over and over again on a snowy or rainy day at home.
Central Park
Get your heart pumping by renting a row boat near Central Park. After a romantic ride, you can relax and have a nice picnic for two by the lake or other places using the map. If you did not have time to pack a picnic, there is a Whole Foods Market nearby. Liquor isn’t allowed so you will need to visit bars in the area and while visiting late at night, be sure to leave by 1:00am to avoid the curfew.
Colonial Belle
Ever wished you could eat while you take a boat ride? Well, your wish has been granted. Instead of waiting for your ride to be over at Central Park, spend some time with folks at Colonial Belle which provides lunch and dinner cruises. They are located in Fairport which is approximately 15 miles from Rochester, NY and is available May through October for couples.

Empire State Building

While there, you can go roller skating, bike riding, take a nice long stroll or have an outdoor lunch. Be sure to stop by the Heather Garden before to leave to complete your experience.
Heartland Brewery
The Heartland Brewery is located on the bottom ground level of the Empire State Building and has delicious microbrews that they make themselves plus a a menu with everything from seafood, steaks, burgers and ribs. It is perfect spot for group dates and shorten the trip to see the observatory floor of the Empire State Building.
Heidelberg Restaurant
At the Heidelberg Restaurant, you can celebrate Oktoberfest all year round! On Saturday evenings, listen to live music and sample Manhattan’s finest German beer.

Tavern on the Green
Tavern on the Green (closed on December 31, 2009) was a restaurant that located in Central Park on the Upper West Side of New York City which provided patio seating and had great view of Central Park. Today, the location is used by the New York City Department of Parks and Recreation as a gift shop and public visitors center.
The Cloisters
Best known for the beautiful tapestries on display, The Cloisters (located on Fort Tyron Park which is the highest natural point in Manhattan) is another great place for couples to visit and enjoy hour-long tours then watch the sunset and view overlooking the Hudson River.
The Statue of Liberty
Visiting the Statue of Liberty is easy to do with a relaxing boat ride. The Staten Island Ferry gives you a nice and free view of the Statue of Liberty but to get to Liberty Island so you can walk around, you will need to obtain tickets from a charter ferry which will safely take you over to the Island.
The View Restaurant & Lounge
If you love the view from the Empire State Building, you are going to love the The View Restaurant & Lounge. There are approximately forty (40) relvolving restaurants in the United States and The View Restaurant & Lounge is the only revolving (one revolution per hour) roof top restaurant in the State of New York.
Toys “R” Us in Times Square
Young and in love? If you are young or young at heart, you may want to go to Toys “R” Us and ride the 60 foot indoor Ferris Wheel. While there, you can have your photo taken and have it displayed on the marquee (a jumbo screen outside) for all of New York to see when they pass by.
