For travel between New York City and Absecon, NJ, travelers have a few options to consider.

Buses from New York City
For travel between New York, NY and Absecon, NJ, travellers will need to get to the borough of Manhattan. Once in Manhattan, they will need to get themselves to the Port Authority Bus Terminal so that they can take the  #319 bus by New Jersey Transit towards Atlantic City, NJ. Once in Atlantic City, NJ, the New Jersey Transit #559 bus will take them into Absecon, NJ.

Trains from New York City
For travel between New York, NY and Absecon, NJ, travelers will need to get to the borough of Manhattan. Once in Manhattan, they will need to get themselves to New York Penn Station so that they can take the Amtrak trains towards Atlantic City, NJ. Once in Atlantic City, NJ, the New Jersey Transit #559 bus will take them into Absecon, NJ.

Did you know that ACES (Atlantic City Express Service) Trains were available between New York City and Atlantic City, NJ? Unfortunately, this service was suspended on September 18, 2011 then discontinued on on March 9, 2012, so this travel option is no longer available.
