Location: Jersey City
Description: National Food Service Company is currently seeking a Chef-Manager for one of our Jersey City Business Dining Accounts. Applicant must have at least 5 years experience in managing high-volume kitchens. The work schedule for this position is Monday thru Friday between 6:30am and 3:30pm, with some special events occasionally being held in the evening. The Chef-Manager is responsible all facets of the day-to-day operations including menu planning, ordering, inventory, scheduling and staffing of the site. Applicant will go through a very stringent background check and drug testing prior to being being hired. Excellent compensation and benefits package for the right individual.
