Newly renovated distinguished private Monmouth County Golf Club with over 650 total members. Total food and beverage sales in excess of $2million dollars. Excellent opportunity for qualified candidate to be creative and team leader.
Ideal candidate will possess previous fine dining experience as well as previous management experience.

Dining Room Manager:
Founded in 1898, Spring Lake Golf Club is a traditional, member-owned private club with 330 Golf members and 650 total members. The club is currently completing an $8.0 million renovation project. Member dining includes an informal Grill Room seating 100+, a formal Dining Room seating 90+, and Banquet facilities of 300+. Food and Beverage sales exceed $2m annually.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a similar restaurant or club setting, with a record of success in leading a service team in providing high quality, consistent service. The ability to multi-task and interface well with members, subordinates and kitchen staff is a priority.
Other required skills include strong staff development, teamwork ethics, training skills with regard to proper table service, and attention to detail. The position requires a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends and holidays. The Dining Room Manager reports to the Assistant Manager and General Manager.
