Description: Restaurant Operations Supervisor - 1 Full Time position
Supervise staff and daily operations for Food and Beverage department outlets: Liberty Grille, Lounge, and Room Service. Ensure staff is working together as a team to ensure optimum service and that guest needs are met. Complete opening and closing duties including setting up necessary supplies and tools, cleaning all equipment and areas, locking doors, etc. Monitor dining rooms for seating availability, service, safety, and well being of guests. Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating and coaching employees; and serve as a positive role model and coach. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; support team goals. Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time. Requires great hospitality, leadership, and relationship-building skills. Restaurant operations experience required (server, bartender, cook, host/hostess, food runners, dishwashers, etc.); lead/supervisory experience or advanced education a plus. Training provided. Must be available to work a flexible full time schedule including weekends and holidays, rotating AM/PM shifts and days.
