The South Street Seaport Museum announces Heaven's Ditch: God, Gold, and Murder on the Erie Canal Book Talk with Jack Kelly on Tuesday, August 14 at 6:30 pm at the Melville Gallery213 Water Street, NYC. About the Author
Jack Kelly is a journalist, novelist, and historian. He received the DAR's History Award Medal for his book Band of Giants. He has contributed to national periodicals including American Heritage Magazine and is a New York Foundation for the Arts fellow. He has appeared on The History Channel and C-SPAN and been interviewed on National Public Radio. He grew in the Erie Canal region and now lives in New York's Hudson Valley.
