NEW YORK (OCN) — Where can you Discuss New York? There are quite a few forums (online community) about New York that will let you discuss the City and State of New York and other topics.

An example of such a New York Forum is the one that is powered by 411 New York.

Once a user register on the forum, the system retains the personalized information for future visits. Users have the option to receive an email notification immediately after a response is submitted to their query. The members also have the ability to send personal or private message to each other members through the online community.

Currently, the language of the forum is English but as the site continues to grow, 411 New York hopes to have the forum also in Arabic, Bulgarian, Chinese, Croatian, Czech, Danish, Dutch, Finnish, French, German, Greek, Hindi, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Norwegian, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Russian, Spanish and Swedish and a recruiting the forum members who are bilingual to become moderators.

This way visitors do not have to utilize Google Translate (or something similar) to ask a question and receive a reply.
