NJ to Pass Stiff Penalty
NEW JERSEY (OCN) — Are you thinking of cutting off your penis like everyone in the news? Well if you are planning on doing it, “don’t do it in New Jersey” say Trenton law makers.
Recently in the news, men were found mutilating themselves and had to receive medical attention. To help keep down the rising cost of health care in the State of New Jersey and to make sure medical professionals are available for real emergencies, the Trenton law makers will be passing a bill to make it illegal for males to cut of their penis for non religious purposes.
Those who cut off their penis will fined US$500.00 for the first attempt and US$250.00 for any future attempts. Some would say why would someone mutilate themselves at least twice but the state is just erring on the side of caution.
Also, the males in question will have to submit themselves to 90 days of counselling and community service.
