Notification issued 12/8/11 at 5:10 AM. The southbound FDR Drive is closed between 125th Street and 116th Street in Manhattan due to a flooding condition. Traffic is being detoured off the roadway at 125th Street and permitted back on at 116th Street. Expect heavy delays.
