Q: If they don't give refunds, can I get it rescheduled?
A: Only on the MegaBus website up until 24 hours prior to departure.
Once the time has pass, there will be no refunds. Safe travels.

Assume that you can have a reservation rescheduled once unless instructed.
By the way, there is a US$1.00 fee imposed each time to need to do a reschedule.
If you keep on doing it, it may have been better to have bought another ticket.
